We want you to love your transformation, but if a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return unopened and unused beauty supplies within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used makeup, prosthetics, and wigs are final sale.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that the safety seals are intact.

  Email our magic team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items and include your RMA form before shipping the parcel back to our NYC headquarters.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
